Aliya's Newborn Photos

 My very good friend Shayla has a photography business. She kindly offered to do some newborn photos of Aliya when she was a week old. I think they turned out really well and I'm so grateful for these little gems to remember her being so tiny. The pictures that I am in I had to post because Aliya is so cute. Obviously I wasn't planning on having my picture taken. ha ha. Enjoy!

40 weeks. hee hee.

Aliya Abigail

 Welcome Aliya Abligail! Born on Tuesday November 6th at 3:12pm. She weighed 7 lbs 8 1/2 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. Everything went really well with the labor and delivery. It went faster than expected but still turned out just perfect. Aliya is such a sweet little girl and we are so grateful to have her join our family:)

Daryl sent me a text at the hospital with this picture that said "Jonah's way of getting warm this morning." Totally cracked me up. 

We are certainly a blessed family:)

Halloween, Apple Orchard and Diaper Shower!

Right before our church's trunk-or-treat night. It was way fun! Jonah was a knight, and Ava was a butterfly. Oh, and obviously my dad was a giant apple. j/k

And one little cute ducky.

The sign Ava and I made for our door to leave out with a bowl of candy sense we were trick-or-treating in my parent's neighborhood. Ava and Jonah explained to me that they didn't want any dogs to eat all the candy so there were no dogs allowed. 

Grandpa Bob took us to the Apple Orchard yesterday and boy was it fun. Bad pic, but Jonah, Ava and Grandpa were just going down the giant slide.

My sister and her baby came for a visit and we LOVE having them here! 

Sorry Mom (she was in the middle of talking), but my goodness how adorable is Sloane?!!

Audra kind of adores babies so I'm hoping that is a good thing for when this little baby is born. 

My sister Cassie and my Mom threw me a diaper shower. I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful friends and family! And what a blessing to have so many diapers and wipes. We'll use them all, that is for sure.

Some Ava art. She loves her music teacher in Primary at church and drew these two pictures of her. She told me, "I love Sister Hallam. She is the best. Maybe my last name was Hallam in heaven?" :)

Whelp. 39 weeks yesterday. I bet I'll be posting pictures of her on here when I do a post next. I feel very blessed to be a mommy and wife.
